Fireworks company Exposhows Inc. is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal, resulting in cancellation of July 4th fireworks shows in Lancaster, Palmdale, La Puente and Lynwood. Some of the cities have scrambled to offer laser light shows instead.
San Pedro's 2022 Independence Day celebrations will feature two fireworks shows, one on Friday night at the Port of L.A. and the other on Monday night near Cabrillo Beach.
